how a fee round works: every 4 hours (00:00, 04:00, 08:00, 12:00, 16:00, 20:00 UTC) is a battle round. each verified new page earns work points for its crawler's side: 1 point per crawler (spider) page, 2 per crawlipede page (crawlers read 2 pages per tick, crawlipedes 1, so both sides have the same expected points). only new pages count, and only after the server spot-checks them against the live page. the side with more points wins the round.
the pot: the round's pump.fun creator fees go to the winning side. inside the winning side, each crawler's share = its own verified points on that side × holder boost, divided by the side's total. to get a share you need a verified wallet and at least 50 points in the round. a tie splits the pot across both sides. picking a side is free: no deposit, no buy-in, no purchase necessary.
status: ca coming soon. the pot stays "pending" until $crawlipede exists and the creator-fee vault is connected. no payouts have been sent. nothing is sent automatically: each closed round produces a payout ledger (wallet, share, amount, csv export) that is reviewed and sent by hand from phantom, with tx links shown here. not financial advice. fees may be zero.
every few minutes the crawl crew pulls the newest solana pools from geckoterminal and reads them on-chain through a helius node: price, liquidity, buys vs sells, the mint and freeze authority, every holder and the dev wallet. the brain (an AI judge) only stamps a verdict after all four have reported: crowd real or farmed, dev clean or loaded, concentration, and a probability the price is higher in an hour.
each verdict becomes a shadow paper call at the real entry price, scored against the real price ~1h later. no wallet, no trades. idea credit: @savipww (the crawler reads, the judge decides).
pending: the first crawl of fresh launches hasn't finished yet. this board only shows real coins.

not financial advice. paper calls only: no real trading, no wallet, no orders. verdicts come from an AI model reading public on-chain data and can be wrong. brand-new coins are extremely risky and most go to zero. unknown values show "pending" and nothing on this board is simulated.
four specialist crawlipedes, one job each. every panel replays the real fields that crawler fetched on the latest crawl, line by line. the brain waits for all four, then stamps.

one creature per real crawler. its look and rarity (common 70% · rare 20% · epic 8% · legendary 2%) come from the crawler's name, so they never change. rarity is cosmetic only. when a crawler sends in a page, its creature carries it to the brain. sleeping crawlers curl up in the burrow.

while this tab stays open it fetches one public crypto page every couple of seconds and turns it into clean text.

an AI model that will be trained on this dataset, so it learns how crypto actually works. training hasn't started yet. when it does, real logs will show up here.
holding $crawlipede boosts your round share (1M+ = 1.5x, 5M+ = 2x) and lets you vote on which sites get read next. pump.fun creator fees fill each 4h round's pot, which goes to the winning side. holding is never required to play. ca coming soon. pots stay pending until the creator-fee vault is connected.
yes. every crawler, page and token count on this page comes from the live database. no numbers are made up, and anyone can download the dataset.
never heard of crawling, tokens or rounds? here's everything in 30 seconds.
a crawler opens a web page, pulls out the readable text, then follows its links to find more pages. search engines do this to the whole web. here, your browser tab does it for public crypto docs, one page every couple of seconds.
the spiders are the crawlers: fast, wide-net readers. the crawlipedes are the other side: slower, deeper reads. whichever side you pick, the small program running in your tab gets its own unique creature, built from its name, so you can watch yours walk around the page and carry what it reads to the brain. rarity is just for looks.
a community AI model that will be trained on everything the colony reads, so it learns how crypto actually works. training hasn't started yet. real logs will show up here when it does.
the dataset is all the cleaned text the colony has collected, free for anyone to download. AI models read text in small chunks called tokens (about 4 characters each), so we measure its size in tokens.
every 4 UTC hours is a battle round: crawlers (spiders) vs crawlipedes. the side with more verified work points wins, and its crawlers (verified wallet, 50+ points) split that round's creator fees by their own work × boost. picking a side is free.
it's optional: you never need it to crawl. holding it boosts your round share (1M+ = 1.5x, 5M+ = 2x) and lets you vote on which sites get read next. ca coming soon. not financial advice.
it only asks our server for pages from a fixed allowlist of public crypto sites, and the server fetches them for it. it can't touch your files, other tabs or wallet. verifying a wallet is a free signature, never a transaction.
no money, no signup, no install. it uses a little bandwidth and cpu while the tab is open, so on metered mobile data you may want to stop after a while. close the tab and it stops.
ready? press start and watch your crawlipede hatch. more answers in the faq.
the dataset is public and grows with every page. there are no loss curves here yet because there is no training run yet. when one starts, its real logs will show up in this panel.
yes. the crawler is plain javascript running in a sandboxed web worker in this tab. it can only ask our server for pages on a fixed list of public crypto sites (docs, EIPs, github readmes, dao forums). the server fetches them for you with size and time limits and blocks anything private. nothing gets installed and your files, wallet and other tabs are never touched.
a crawler opens a web page, pulls out the readable text and follows the links on it to find more pages. search engines crawl the whole web. crawlipede crawls a fixed list of public crypto sites, and your tab does the work while it's open.
two sides. the spiders are the crawlers (2 quick reads per tick, 1 point each); the crawlipedes are the other side (1 deep read per tick, 2 points each). same expected points. the program running in this tab when you press start is shown as a unique creature of your side (built from its name) that walks around the page and carries each page it reads to the brain. rarity is cosmetic only.
the crawlipedes also crawl brand-new solana launches: the newest pools on geckoterminal (price, liquidity, buys vs sells, unique buyers) plus on-chain reads through helius (mint and freeze authority, every holder, the dev wallet and its bag). an AI judge reads that evidence and gives typed verdicts: crowd real or farmed, dev clean or loaded, concentration risk, and a probability the price is higher in an hour. every verdict lists its evidence. see the signals board.
each verdict becomes a paper call: "up" if the judge gives 50%+ that the price is higher in an hour, otherwise "down". the entry is the real pool price when the coin was judged; about 60 minutes later the real price (a 1-minute candle from geckoterminal) decides win or loss. win rate = right calls / scored calls. calls still waiting show "pending". nothing is simulated or cherry-picked.
no. there is no trading, no wallet, no orders and no pnl. paper calls are a public scorecard for the judge, not advice. brand-new coins are extremely risky and most go to zero. not financial advice.
a community AI model that will be trained on the colony's dataset. training hasn't started yet, so the page says "training pending" until a real run begins.
the dataset is every cleaned, de-duplicated page the colony has read, free to download. tokens are the small chunks of text AI models read (roughly 4 characters each), so dataset size is counted in tokens.
every 4 hours (00, 04, 08, 12, 16, 20 UTC) crawlers (spiders) and crawlipedes battle. each verified new page scores work points for its side (crawler 1, crawlipede 2; crawlers read twice as many, so it's 50/50). the side with more points wins; its crawlers with a verified wallet and 50+ points split that round's creator fees by their own points × boost. see the battle and fee rounds.
no. picking a side is free: no deposit, no buy-in, no purchase necessary, nothing staked. the fee share is a reward for real crawl work done on the winning side, paid by hand after review. not financial advice; fees may be zero.
a boost multiplies your round share based on your live $crawlipede balance: 1x under 1M, 1.5x at 1M+, 2x at 5M+. "verify wallet" means signing a short message in your wallet to prove you own the address you crawl with. it's free and never a transaction.
optional. holding it boosts your share of each round and lets you vote on which sites get read next. crawling never needs it. ca coming soon; pots show "pending" until the creator-fee vault is connected. not financial advice.
about every 2 seconds it asks for a page, gets the page's text through our proxy, strips the html, fingerprints it (sha-256) so duplicates get skipped, counts roughly how many tokens it holds, and sends that text back. that's all it does: some network requests and a bit of cpu.
no money, no wallet, no signup. it uses a little bandwidth (pages are usually tens of kb, capped at 1.5 mb) and a little cpu while the tab is open. on a metered mobile connection you might want to stop it after a while.
yes. press stop or just close the tab. nothing keeps running afterwards and there's nothing to uninstall.
pages are deduplicated and stored as an open dataset that anyone can download as jsonl. it's meant for training the brain. no training run has started yet.
no. crawling is free and always will be. holding $crawlipede boosts your round share and lets you vote on what gets read next.
crawlipede is a sister project to crawlnet, and was inspired by it: they pretrain, we crowd-crawl. we're an independent community project, not affiliated with or endorsed by crawlnet, and we're cheering them on.
paste your solana address as your identity, press start, then press "verify wallet" and sign the message in phantom (it's free, not a transaction). every UTC hour, crawlers with 25+ new verified pages split that hour's pump.fun creator fees by verified pages × holder boost (1x under 1M $crawlipede, 1.5x at 1M+, 2x at 5M+). see the rounds panel and /api/rounds.
no. the pot is only what creator fees actually come in that hour. it can be tiny or zero, and pots show "pending" until the creator-fee vault is connected. payouts are sent by hand from the public payout plan, not automatically. none of this is financial advice.
describe a crawler. our AI turns it into a creature built on the same procedural rig as the crawlipedes, so it really crawls. then, if you want, launch it as a pump.fun coin from your own Phantom wallet: you are the creator, you sign and pay the fees, we never hold keys or funds.
creator fees: 90% you · 10% platform. every coin launched here shares its pump.fun creator fees: you keep 90%, and 10% goes to the crawlipede platform wallet Ao9D…uuGC. PumpPortal's create call has no fee-split option, so right after your coin exists you sign a second transaction in Phantom that sets it with pump.fun's official fee-sharing config. pump.fun locks the split once it's set. a CRAWLR is listed in the nest (and can graduate) only after we verify that split on-chain.
[ confirm launch ]
memecoins are extremely risky and usually go to zero. not financial advice.
every CRAWLR launched here, after its create transaction is confirmed and checked on-chain through Helius (creator signed and paid, real pump.fun mint).
graduation: when a CRAWLR reaches 250+ verified on-chain holders (counted through Helius, refreshed every 10 min), its design graduates to the battle as a playable skin: spider designs join the crawlers, crawlipede and bug designs join the crawlipedes. holder counts show pending until the chain reports them; nothing is estimated.
